BPS Bintan Regency carries out Village Awareness Activities which are carried out in three villages, namely, Ekang Anculai Village, Sri Bintan Village, and Sebong Lagoi Village as the initial stage of Village Awareness. In this activity, 8 Village Awareness Statistics Agents from each Village were trained.

Guidance was carried out seven times from June 13 to July 25 2024. Statistical Agents were trained so that they could produce sectoral data at the village level that was accurate and complied with the rules of statistical activities, namely GSBPM (Generic Statistical Business Model). The coaching material starts from identifying village needs and data, planning, data collection, inspection, to data dissemination. Apart from that, Statistical Agents are also trained to become Village Website operators.

Through this Statistical Agent development activity, it is hoped that the Village will have employees who are sensitive to statistics so that they can support the realization of One Bintan Regency Data
