Training for Sakernas Officers of BPS Bintan Regency

In February 2025, the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Bintan Regency will conduct the National Workforce Survey (Sakernas) for the period of February 2025. This survey aims to provide accurate and continuous employment data to support government policies in developing the labor sector in Indonesia.

As part of the efforts to produce high-quality data, the officers involved in the Sakernas February 2025 have undergone specialized training. The training was conducted online on January 16-17, 2025, and January 20, 2025. Additionally, an in-person training session was held on January 22, 2025, at the Alltrue-Tanjungpinang Hotel, attended by 10 participants, consisting of 7 Field Enumeration Officers (PCL) and 1 BPS Bintan staff member. This training was led by experts from BPS Bintan, namely Zulfikri, A.Md.Stat., and M. Rizki, S.Tr.Stat.

The Sakernas February 2025 consists of two main phases: the data updating phase, which will take place from January 24 to February 7, 2025, and the data collection phase, which will begin on February 8 and run through February 28, 2025.

BPS Bintan urges the public to welcome the Sakernas February 2025 officers positively and to provide truthful responses in order to ensure the smooth progress of the survey. The data obtained from this survey is expected to offer a clear picture of the employment situation in Bintan Regency, which, in turn, will provide valuable information for the formulation of more effective labor development policies in the future.
