The Training and Organization of PST Duty Schedules at the BPS Bintan Regency.

In an effort to improve the quality of public services, the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Bintan Regency organized a training and scheduling activity for the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) duty roster. The event took place on Monday, February 3, 2025, in the Agro Room at the BPS Bintan Regency office and was attended by all BPS staff of Bintan Regency.

The primary objective of this activity was to ensure that the statistical services provided by BPS Bintan run smoothly and effectively, while remaining easily accessible to the public. During the session, employees were briefed on the importance of organizing a structured and efficient duty schedule to support the smooth operation of PST.

Additionally, the training focused on enhancing the staff’s competencies in serving the public and addressing various statistical data requests promptly and accurately. This initiative aligns with BPS Bintan's commitment to continually provide high-quality services in support of regional development.

It is anticipated that this activity will result in a more effective and efficient duty schedule system, strengthening the capacity of statistical services in Bintan Regency, and ultimately contributing to the generation of more accurate and accountable data for decision-making in development planning.
