BPS Bintan Holds CAKAP to Enhance Employee Development

On Thursday, March 27, 2025, the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Bintan Regency organized the Knowledge Transfer Collaboration Coverage (CAKAP) event as part of the bureaucratic reform innovation efforts aimed at enhancing competency-based employee development. The event, attended by various stakeholders, focused on two main topics that are highly relevant to technological advancements and modern management practices.

The first topic discussed was the planning of the Integrated and Efficient Administrative Management Information System (SIPATEN), which is designed to support the administration of BPS Bintan Regency in a more efficient and integrated manner. The presentation on SIPATEN was delivered by M. Rizki, S.Tr.Stat., who elaborated on the various features and benefits of the system in improving administrative performance within the agency.

The second session introduced OBS Studio, a software tool used to enhance the quality of presentations in various external events. Ivan Robi Pratama, S.Tr.Stat., the speaker, demonstrated how to use OBS Studio to present materials more professionally and how this application can support various activities at BPS Bintan Regency, both in data presentations and virtual forums.
