Abstract

Number of foreign tourists or foreign tourists visiting the province of Riau Islands in April 2017 reached 179 270 visits, an increase of 6.91 percent compared to the previous month the number of foreign tourists, where the number of tourists in March 2017 as many as 167 679 visits. When compared with April 2016, foreign tourist visits in April 2017 also increased, which amounted to 8.76 percent.

Foreign tourists visiting Riau Islands Province in January-April 2017 were dominated by Singaporean tourists with a percentage of 49.86 percent of the total number of foreign tourists in January-April 2017.
