Abstract

Number of foreign tourists or foreign tourists visiting the province of Riau Islands in September 2017 reached 167 529 visits, decreased by 4.32 percent compared to the previous month the number of foreign tourists, where the number of tourists in August 2017 as many as 175 096 visits. When compared with September 2016, foreign tourist visits in September 2017 experienced an increase of 7.22 percent.

Foreign tourists visiting Riau Islands Province in January-September 2017 were dominated by Singaporean tourists with a percentage of 49.63 percent of the total number of foreign tourists in January-September 2017.
