Tourism Development in Bintan Regency, April 2025

The number of international tourists (foreign visitors) in Bintan Regency during April 2025 was recorded at 15,254 visits, representing a decrease of 13.42 percent compared to the previous month. These foreign tourists were predominantly from Singapore, with 6,209 visits, accounting for approximately 40.70 percent of the total international tourist arrivals to the region.

The number of domestic tourist (Indonesian) visits to Bintan from January to April 2025 increased by 36.53 percent compared to the same period in 2024 (year-on-year), rising from 168,139 trips to 229,566 trips.
