Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation of services provided by BPS through PST needs to be carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information as well as the quality of services provided. One of the efforts made by BPS is to conduct a Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey was carried out to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services.Most consumers are satisfied with the service at PST BPS Bintan Regency as shown by a satisfaction percentage of 94.13%. In fact, the percentage of satisfaction in 2023 has increased from the previous year which was recorded at 93.67%.
