Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation of services provided by BPS through PST need to be conducted in order to improve the quality of statistical data and information as well as the quality of services provided. One of the efforts made by BPS is to conduct the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey is carried out to identify the needs and satisfaction of consumers in order to improve data quality and public services. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) for Services at PST BPS Bintan Regency in 2024 is 93.98%, indicating that consumer satisfaction with services at PST is very good. The Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) at PST BPS Bintan Regency in 2024 is 95.8%, which means that anti-corruption behavior is strongly implemented in the services at PST BPS Bintan Regency.
