Tourism Development in Bintan Regency – February 2025

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels in Bintan Regency in February reached an average of 21.50 percent, a decrease of 6.09 points compared to January’s TPK of 27.59 percent.

At the provincial level, the TPK of star-rated hotels in the Riau Islands Province in February 2025 averaged 42.01 percent, a decline of 5.11 points compared to January 2025, which recorded a TPK of 47.12 percent. Compared to February of the previous year, the TPK in the Riau Islands Province dropped by 20.50 points, as the TPK in February 2024 stood at 62.51 percent. In February 2025, the TPK in the Riau Islands Province was 3.81 points lower than the national average, which stood at 45.82 percent.
