The Development of Maritime Transportation in Bintan Regency, March 2025

The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in March 2025 was recorded at 25,845 people, an increase of 33.43 percent compared to February 2025, which reached 19,370 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea transport passengers departing in March 2025 was 21,271 people, up by 22.67 percent compared to February 2025.

In March 2025, the volume of unloaded goods from domestic sea transport rose by 20.03 percent, from 4,577 tons in February 2025 to 5,494 tons in March 2025. On the other hand, the volume of unloaded goods from international sea transport reached 1,337 tons.
