The Development of Maritime Transportation in Bintan Regency, April 2025

The number of domestic sea transport passengers departing in April 2025 was recorded at 27,342 people, an increase of 5.79 percent compared to March 2025, which reached 25,845 people. Meanwhile, the number of international sea transport passengers departing in April 2025 was 19,593 people, a decrease of 7.89 percent compared to March 2025.

In April 2025, the volume of unloaded domestic sea freight dropped by 7.97 percent, from 5,494 tons in March 2025 to 5,056 tons in April 2025. On the other hand, the volume of unloaded international sea freight reached 1,926 tons.
